Bob Blum
President & Co-Founder

Bob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Bob’s professional career includes sales and business development positions with companies such as Anhueser Busch, IBM, Xerox and most recently 14 years at Cisco Systems, Inc. The high tech “Web Centric” industry convinced Bob that web enable tools were needed to help automate and simplify “doing business” in the vacation property rental process. Managing vacation properties became very time consuming and unproductive until Rezernet.com was created. It was designed with the vacation property owner/manager in mind, but the real value is realized when the traveler/renter enjoys a booking experience that is as simple and secure as booking a hotel room!

Bob’s primary focus is providing direction to the development team, engaging in Business Development with Listing Services/Property Management companies and forming valuable partnerships that offer complimentary services to Rezernet.com. His goal and the company mission statement is to offer a feature rich application that is easy to use, listing service agnostic and free to use for both property owners and travelers!

Pete Gratale
Chief Executive Officer

Pete received his Bachelor of Science degree in radiology technology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His business story began with co-owning and managing a single outpatient radiology-imaging center. In less than six years he grew the business to include over fifteen image centers and sold the franchise to a national company.

Having been involved in several company startups within the medical software industry, Pete leverages his business and development knowledge to enhance the value proposition of Rezernet.com™.  Along with overseeing product and business development Pete leads a team of professionals dedicated to the day to day operations of Rezernet.com™.

Beth Eason,
Director of Operations

Beth received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Beth oversees operations activities including company financials and cash flow, strategic planning, budgeting and business forecasting.

Robin DeVido,
Director of Marketing

Robin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Kentucky and her Master's of Science degree from Florida State University. As a team member of Rezernet.com™ Robin provides direction for marketing and communication functions.  Areas of focus are brand management, marketing strategy, advertising and web based content.

Laurie Peregoy,
General Counsel

Laurie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of North Carolina at Greensboro then went on to complete her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University. She is licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina.  Serving Rezernet's legal affairs, Laurie deals with Risk Management, contract review/negotiations, Human Resources and compliance issues.

Phil Hayes,
CPA

Phil received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a licensed CPA in the State of North Carolina. Before joining Rezernet.com™, he gained valuable experience in a public accounting firm that handled many of the tax functions for Rezernet.com™. As the "in house" CPA, Phil oversees accounting functions, P&L statements, tax compliance and financial projections.

Jason Rich,
IT Director

Jason is responsible for Rezernet.com’s computer networking. His certifications include A+, CNA, MCP, MCSA and MCSE. Jason's over see’s corporate networks, support servers, PC’s and peripherals.
